Planting Design Session with Paul Hervey-Brookes
Bernhard’s Nurseries are delighted to announce a Planting Design session with internationally renowned Garden and Landscape Designer Paul Hervey-Brookes. This event is aimed at professional garden and landscape designers and landscapers looking to expand their knowledge base and understanding of great planting. The session will be in two parts, with Paul presenting his thoughts on how to elevate planting design in professional projects and discuss plant preferences and specification. Following this, he will speak 1-2-1 with 10 designers and landscapers, looking at their work and supporting them with planting plans and specification. Bernhard’s Nurseries Lewis Normand will support these sessions with plant specification and availability advice.
A great session for newer designers to learn from a highly decorated and experienced designer. Thinking of undertaking a show garden? This is a rare opportunity to get support developing your planting strategy from an experienced mentor. Looking for inspiration on a particular project? This could be the perfect session for you.
Please note the following Terms and Conditions
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event does not go ahead.
- Payment for the event is to be made not less than 3 days before the event.
- Special dietary requirements must be noted in the sign up form.
- Access to the presentation room requires ascending two small flights of stairs.
- More than one person from an organisation can be part of the 1-2-1 meeting providing one ticket is purchased at the higher rate.
- Bernhard’s Nurseries reserves the right to cancel the event.

11.00 – 12.30 Presentation and discussion on plant use including examples of Paul’s work.
12.30 – 1.30 Buffet Lunch.
1.30 – 3.10 1-2-1 discussions on your planting design projects. (10 minutes per session).
10% discount on the day for plant purchases, including orders for delivery within 1 month.
TICKET PRICES
£35.00 + VAT per ticket for Presentation and Lunch.
£50.00 + VAT per ticket for Presentation, Lunch and 1-2-1 session with Paul Hervey-Brookes (limited to 10 people)
