By accessing our site and purchasing products online, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note, a separate set of Terms and Conditions apply to sales made either on our Cash & Carry, or through our Sales Team. Specific terms may apply to contract production of plants. Products and Availability
We sell a variety of plants, gardening supplies, and related products. While we strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, availability of specific items may change, especially with seasonal plants. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
Ordering and Contract Formation
Orders can be placed online through our website. An order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We will contact you to arrange payment and delivery or collection after you place an order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are in GBP and exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated). VAT inclusive price will be displayed at checkout. We accept payment through most credit and debit cards and on account for those with credit account facilities. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available to mainland UK. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 weeks, but this may vary depending on stock availability and other factors. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a refund, plants must be returned in good condition. Damaged or Defective Products

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
